If you're only looking for the bonus then you might wanna be at least at the "near native fluency" level. If you're looking to be useful then all the language you can cram into your bhg will help. If you want a job in intel in a language related field, learn all you can about learning languages, because if you test well on the language aptitutde sections, you might end up in one of the worlds best language school up in Monterey (sp?) CA.
