Ryan finally called me today at work. Whew..what a big relief. Hadn't talked to him since he went back. Told me all was good, but they was keeping him really busy.
Said that he did see his first really big IED go off, and his patrol was about 300 meters away, and was ready to move in, but some Bradleys was closer and went in, and it was an ambush. Oh the things us mothers love to hear....lol

But other than that, he was really up and raring to go, good attitude ect. Which is good. Don't want him there and being down & out, he needs to be focused and it seemed like he was.
