This is total crap. If you watch some of the video you can clearly see his (Davis') wife antagonizing this guy. She was getting up out of her seaat and turning around and running her yap. What Davis saw was the man clearly pushing away her arm when she stood up and touched him.

If yopu look at the videos you can also see the guy and about 5 other fans motioning for security ...... which only showed up when Davis went into the bleachers.
