Re: Getting ready for basic questions

There are others here that'll are more able to give you good advice but...heck, I'm gonna give ya some anyway

For the toenail...I dont see any reason why missing a toe nail would disqual you for enlistment. I would ask the recruiter to make sure but...I cant see how that'd matter.

For the workout, if you can move your body weight, you're good to go on bulk strenght. If you can do 10 or so pull ups, a few sets of 20 reps on good strict pushups and hammer out 50 or 60 situps, you should be ok.

for the "get ready for basic" workout I would focus more on endurance. Do more running, some wind sprints and distance running. work on flexibility and general overall endurance.
