When i was filling out all my paperwork on the Drug policies the recruiter does ask "at anytime in the past year have you experimented /used illegal drugs and if so how many times" and to the best of my knowledge on this issue the Past is in the Past but like everyone said Honesty is the best policy,when you go to meps they waive a piece of paper at you like 50 times stating that if you arent honest and they find out your lying its a 10,000 $ fine and up to 10 yrs in jail or some bs like that
