Heck, they even let GIRLS into Recruit Training these days!!!

From what my daughter writes me, no amount of preparation, seeing the videos, listening to those who have been there, can really prepare you for the shock of those first few days in Forming. But then, every week they graduate 300-400 at PI alone who get through it. Work hard to be prepared physically and mentally and then just hunker down, says someone who has never done it. Visualize what it will mean to you standing on that parade deck just a few short weeks (OK, thirteen long weeks" ahead and how your life will be forever different. And visualize how your life will be different NOT doing that.
