You poor thing. I've experienced it once before and know how you're feeling. Unfortunately there isn't any OTC cure for it and the most important thing you need to do is stay hydrated so make sure you're taking on plenty of clear fluids especially if you're vomiting or have diarrhea. I found electrolyte replacement drinks helped more than just plain water. Definitely avoid caffiene and fizzy drinks! Also, once you feel like eating again try something plain like a banana or some toast initially until you're ready to digest something heavier. If you're still feeling crappy tomorrow do go to the doctor because it should have passed through your body by then if it is food poisoning.
