Seems we're of a similar mind....those are my inclinations as well, however I'm not as concerned about learning a technical skill which will be useful in a civilian career. (We all know most combat arms MOS' would be a bad choice in that regard.) I still haven't decided what I'm going to be when I grow up.
Also, even though there is a chance that I will not deploy, its not something that I'm even considering...I understand the consequences of enlisting, and so does she. Thanks for your input, I'm looking forward to other opinions and experiences.
