I got hit by a car, I'm not kidding. I was on my bike. The person pulled out infront of me, when I had the right away, and I smacked into her door with my front tire. I'm obviously ok though. I had my helmet on (thank the Lord) and my back pack was on too ( thank the Lord again..I hit my head and back on her car). Its funny though, I was contemplating on not wearing my helmet today too, I'm lucky I wore it.
So, tell all your kids, siblings, pups, everyone, to wear a helmet while on a bike, even if it makes them look goofy. Who cares, its your life at stake!
