Hey, well I see no ones got any info on LRS. but thats all good. Right now im wondering if anyone can help me with my pt, which i know i will NEED to be in top shape for RIP. the problem im having is my push ups. My run and sit ups are fine, but my push ups absolutely suck. Ive been doing push ups daily but am not seeing much of an improvment. There so low right now that between now and RIP i need at least double my push ups. If theres any work outs that anyone knows about that can get my push ups increased quickly id apreciate hearing about them. Thanks everyone.
