Elevate your feet on a bench or something and knock 'em out until you think you can't do one more. Then do 10 more for The Great Ranger God in the sky. You need to learn to push your body further than you think possible. The inability to accomplish a physical goal is all in your head. Confront that little voice in the back of your head that says shit like, "it's too hard, I can't do anymore, let's take a break, etc." Tell that demon to shut the fuck up. If you're doing push-ups on a regular basis but are not seeing any improvement it's because you're quitting.
