Nice article. Maintaining standards as a reservist would seem to be a significant challenge. Hopefully, all the I&I staffs are doing a good job. I'm told Lima Company 3/25 has a lot of new guys just in from SOI and incorporating them into the unit inevitably divides the group into "We were there", or not. I don't have a clue how one manages unit cohesion, but I bet I could learn from those guys were I up there.
