Great advice, but make sure you have a plan. Also, don't just shovel carbs into your face, make sure your getting the right types. Do yourself a favor, do some research on meal and exercise plans and put one together that will work for you. My favorite is Men's Health Magazine, and they have tons of good info on their website.
Trust me, the effort (and pain) that you put in now will pay big dividends later.
