Sounds like you've got yourself dialed in and you're no cherry to the process, so me saying you should relax and not stress up isnt needed.

Btw, since you've got the run part of the PFT pretty much locked, how are you on the rest of that? (after your run season so it doesnt mess with your track training, I mean.)

P.S. Pretty impressive run times, to me at least. I never was "a runner" no matter how hard I worked at it.
