Interesting that the Active component is working a deal out with the Guard. I would have expected the Active component and the Reserve - maybe its a matter of State's absorbing the the cost of the additional $20k bonus?
Regardless - great program for those considering active duty - $40k can help you kick start your life out of high school if you invest it wisely.
