well, in competition I would say CG takes less time. It also takes less people, and its easier to practice. But with CG you also have to prepare for some pretty screwed up stuff. For example, we have done some pretty interesting Color Guards on some pretty screwed up flag poles.

Theres a lot more circumstances......you could say....on CG.
