What do you want to do? A lot depends on you. I don't think anyone can say which is better for women, but which is better for you. As far as Tuition, I was always under the impression all the military pays 100% tuition, with a cap of 12 credits a year. I hear a nasty rumor today that the AF and Army's TA (tuition assistance) is unlimited.
