The photo is of me and my son and his K-9 partner. It was taken about two weeks before I retired in Jan. 04, with over 30 years service as a Police Officer. My son has been a Police Officer for almost 9 years and he has had the dog for almost 2 years.

As for why you can't view anything, I have no idea, you will have to ask ROMS or one of the Mods for help on that one.
