I remember one of our Instructors told us that whenever a plane went by, no matter what we were doing, we were to think of Grandma on that plane, and to shout at the top of our lungs like a salvo of AA fire, that would kill grandma with all of our motivation, but she would die happy knowing the Marines were on gaurd, he didnt bother to tell us not to do it when we left his course, so when the Senior Drill Instructor Marched us back the the Barraks, a plane went over head, well long story short 1 hour in pit each day for a week.
