No service is better for women that the next. The only difference is the amount of spaces they have open for your piloting schools and how many MOS's are restricted to males only. Talk to as many active or reserve female pilots as you can dig up and see what they have to say. Look at Enlisted flying programs, but if you want to fly anything other than cargo, forget that and go to college.
