Re: instructors

Old guy here, but mine were:
LtCol, He was a Navy RIO, then switched over to Air Force and was a Navigator. He has Jump wings and he was kinda strange. He was a decent teacher. I learned a lot of what not to do (as a leader) from him. But he did have some good points. My senior year he was replaced by a Major. The major was prior enlisted and was a Supply Officer when he retired. Awesome guy. I wish I had more time with him.

SMSGT- The single best teacher of my whole High School career. He was a real Senior Noncom. TACP. Airborne (served in the 82nd, and 502nd[i believe]) Had a combat jump (can't remember where). He was everything, a teacher, a stern leader, even like a father and mother sometime. He honestly saved my life. by helping me with decisions while I was younger. I will forever be indebted to him. Named in Who's wWHo of Teachers.
