I'll reiterate one part of the post though. "Good" depends on you. I can't tell you what's a "good" job. Every job in the world is "good" to someone. I can't imagine doing plumbing, the kind of shit (pun intended) you're going to get called to. However, I just met a guy who is doing plumbing in the Air Force. He loves it. Well, I don't know if he loves it, but he's really satisfied and knows he's getting good experience for a really good paying job in the civilian side. For him, plumbing is a "good" job.
