Got a side question...
WHat is the time limit for being in country for a Soldier or Airmen to qualify for an SSI-FWTS? Also, this can be awarded to anyone who "attached" to a unit right or do you need to be a permanent contingent of the unit?
Hypothetical example-A soldier from a base on the east coast deploys (TDY) to Iraq as part of a team. While there he is attached to the 82nd, when he returns is authorized to wear the "All American" Combat Patch?
