Must be in the grade of E3 thru E7. (WAIVERABLE)

Students must be CMF 11B, 11M or in the CMF 18 series. (NON-WAIVERABLE)

That means no women, and iffy on the officers, I don't know what kind of waiver you would need to get out of the E-3 - E7 requirement.
