EARNED, not issued.
I was issued DCU's and a weapon. I fought and earned the CIB. There is a difference.

If you read the whole post you wouldn't have to ask if there was a CMB. Sorry to be an ass but this is a topic I hold dear to my heart, don't take it personally.
