I've never heard of that... but it sounds dumb to tell you the truth. ROTC is in the business of making officers... not SSG's. It especially surprises me because the guard and reserve are somewhat hurting for officers at the moment. If this is a real program, I guess they are wanting to develope NCO's faster???
