I was all hyped up by the recruiter bull at the time. Even though I'm not doing what I specifically signed for I am every bit as happy and fortuate for everything that I have done and learned in the Corps to this day and believe I will continue too. There are Security Force Marines in Bahrain but they are not the MSG variety. That is a completly differnt job AND Command from the Security Force Marines. Didn't mean to imply that they were gaurding the actual embassy there. I do know that they are the ones doing alot of the ECP work and they use Designated Marksmen alot also.
