Wounded Warrior Project
Dear Friend,
Keeping our cherished war heroes in our thoughts is something we should all be conscious of everyday. Our Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Backpack Program is a wonderful way to let them know that they have not been forgotten and that we are truly grateful for the sacrifices they have made for their country.
With your generosity, the WWP Backpack Program provides much needed items, such as toiletries and other personal goods, to wounded soldiers returning home to recuperate at Walter Reed Medical Center or other medical facilities.
We hope you have recieved our latest newsletter about how your donations have helped make the Backpack Program a huge success. In the newsletter you'll find coverage of Chris Carney's "Soldier Ride," news of the launch of Phase II of the Wounded Warrior Project as well as a Yellow Ribbon magnet - a "thank you" to our generous patrons who make all of this possible.
