If you have the manual then you are doing pretty good. I don't know if you have seen any programs on tv that talk about the silent drill team, but most of it is choreographed by a Sgt I believe. Some of the things that they do are probably not on the drill manual. It is just too crazy. But if you are going to do it you will have to practice a lot of hours a day. The silent drill platoon drills all fucking day long. That is their MOS in the Corps you can say.
