I'll sum it up. Eat right, Excercise. That's about all you're gonna get.
Walking down the block to Dunkin Donuts isn't excercise either. You need good vigorous excersie to keep your heart rate up.
Oh, don't neglect weight training but also dont over do it. You NEED good cardiovascular in the military
