You can't just go to bootcamp without serving.
It costs quite a bit of money to train recruits, and the military expects something back in return for that investment. This isn't a free gym program for everyone who thinks they want to loose a few pounds, learn how to shoot, or get some discipline. This is training given to those who have made a commitment to serve the country.

If you really want a bootcamp type experience, there are plenty of civilian programs started up by ex military (or just plain old scam artists) who claim to offer a authentic bootcamp experience. They are typically pretty expensive.
