This is what happened to me. The clip didnt load right away so underneath there is a link to the parent site (very tiny print). I clicked on it from there..and it loaded but it would only play a lil but at a time. If I kept clicking the start button, I got more of the clip each time. Frustrated as all get out...I minimized it and let it "rest" then started all over and got the entire clip. THEN you had to peel me off the ceiling! Good luck to you in getting to see it in it's entirety..<smiles>.
