HCOIC-Real Position?
Hello,
I'm C/2ndLt. B. Bickle, and my offical title is Helen Cox Cadet Commander. This is a unique title to my area, and I wonder if anyone else has the same type of job. My offical job discription is that of a flight commander, but my "flight" actually consists of cadets from my school, who are bused to our unit based in another school on a daily basis. When we get there, the cadets slip into "D" flight, with me being another cadet officer with little real power. When we leave, however, I become liaison for the unit, Cadet Commander, ASI rep, and primary everything else. This is my second year in the program (I'm in a three year program), and I was wondering if anyone else holds/has held any post such as this. This is the first, and probablly only time, that this position will be used, and I write my own job description as the days go on. Any advice on what to do would be appreaciated. |
