What do you meen no physical punishment. i didnt think the U.S. military has done anything like capital punishment in like 50-100 years? or do you meen there not gonna make you do pushups or run laps for messin up. if that was the case and i got repremanded i'd hate it, i'd volunteer for the physical stuff. lol. it'd give me a reason to get off my fat ass and work out. cant complain with that.

wootsause?!?!?!?!?! that is REALLY sad.... i keep hearing that when somebody screws up they get to write essays at the afjrotc in my district. i'm SO glad i'm at a mcjrotc instead.

i dont think its a physical beating, crewcutkid. I just did some reading and under Article 93 of the Uniform Code of Miltary Justice you are protected from cruelty and mistreatment. and under article 128 of the UCMJ you are protected from assult. the ROTC programs follow the same thing.
