Daily PT
could anyone be able to tell me the daily pt routine is in army boot camp or where i can find it on the net.. id just like to get a jump on it so i wont be dying during pt in bct

PT will change from day to day. Although they have a new style of PT, which sucks. I know that we did PT twice a day, new style in the morining and old style at night. You will wake up and do PT before chow. Most units run every other day and do the other PT every other day. Like it was said before hand do a forum search on PT and there are many posts regarding how to better prepare your self for the PT in basic.
