Sir I have reported in roll call. I have read that military trainees are undertaking hell week. To be particular "SEAL" trainees undergo hellweek. This is the week where trainors test the trainees how tough they are. Almost no sleep and little amount of foods were given during hell week, that's what I have read. They say that hell week is common in every training.. Please tell me more about your experiences in hell week. Thank you!

That is the only "Hell Week" I know of. My "Hell" lasted 13 weeks.

Rangers and SF may have theirs but the SEALs are the only unit with one like that as I know of.

If your in Army ROTC you really dont need to worry about the Navy SEALs hell week......how old are you?

Some training survivors tell me that there is hell week during training..I am supposing that hell week in our country is same as the hell week in your country. Thank you for all the information!.. ah guys, do you have videos captured during training? I really want to know whats happening inside the boot camp..Thank you soo much!
