I just took my ASVAB today at Ft. Hamilton and scored a 79 overall. i have to meet with my recruiter to where i will find out my line scores. is this a good grade, what does it qualify me for and so on.

I don't know if you guys have done this yet or not, but at the goarmy.com website, there is a "recruiter chat" area. That may be a more appropriate area to discuss this as few (if any) of the members of this board are very familiar with ASVAB qualification scores. You may need to know your line scores in that chat area, but those recruiters are pretty good about getting quality information out to those who ask politely.

there is a good recruiter chat on usparatroopers.org.....there pretty cool on there and will give alot of good advise
