Enlisted Liaison Operational Forces Interface Group, what is it?

I was reading a pamphlet from the Army and I was wondering if someone could tell me what an ENLISTED LIAISON OPERATIONAL FORCES INTERFACE GROUP is?

That would help me out alot.

Aren't they equipment specialists with extensive military experience? Someone else here may be able to advise better than I can.
