Sewing for the Military

I currently sew for the Military. sorry for all of you I have sent to Iraq, I have a boss who is Phillipine and she insists that she knows all of the Army SOP's according to uniform codes. I keep trying to find a way online to show her she is out of touch with new regulations and can't seem to find them. Can someone help me find a website or a book that shows current regulations. She still thinks that a flag can be sewn on wherever and I know it is supposed to be half inch from the shoulder or quarter or less from combat patch.
