Pi Ninja Longer IE Training

I heard that the army was switching to a 13 week Entry training to account for urban combat training. Is this true are they lengthening the armys training?

Re: Longer IE Training

Aren't they in a testing phase to decide between less downtime & keeping BCT 9 weeks, vs extending it?

Re: Longer IE Training

mactank they are talking about Basic being longer than 9 weeks. I know that the idea has been tossed around. I'll see what I can find out.
