Food Poisoning...

Hey everyone I got food poisoning last night and i feel like im dying. any one else had this before and any tips to help not feel crappy(drinking pedialyte, soda or something) any help would be appreciated.

You poor thing. I've experienced it once before and know how you're feeling. Unfortunately there isn't any OTC cure for it and the most important thing you need to do is stay hydrated so make sure you're taking on plenty of clear fluids especially if you're vomiting or have diarrhea. I found electrolyte replacement drinks helped more than just plain water. Definitely avoid caffiene and fizzy drinks! Also, once you feel like eating again try something plain like a banana or some toast initially until you're ready to digest something heavier. If you're still feeling crappy tomorrow do go to the doctor because it should have passed through your body by then if it is food poisoning.

Soon to be 11B huh? Well if that's true, a shot of burbon or whiskey. Repeat as necessary. Beer only works when taken with a funnel so I don't recommend that.

Haha thanks for all the help. The replacement drinks did help better then the bourban and whiskey. Beer is a definate no no. haha thanks for all the help. If you guys ever are in rapid city stay away from subway on east north street. and look me up ill buy you a beer.
