Ranger here i come

Hey all, well im 11b right now, really hoping to get an airborne slot and slot for RIP when i get back from iraq. the more and more time goes on the more and more become Ranger is a dream to me. I was just hoping i could get some info on what to expect, and maybe a couple stories, such as what training is like, what deployments are like, also if there are any Rangers that are married or spouses of Rangers i would just like a lil info on how it effects the marriage as i am a newly wed. Also if anyone knows anything about LRS i would love to hear about it, that is my ultimate goal, after rip and Ranger school i want to go LRS. Thanks for any info.

Sounds a little backwards to me bud, I suggest you learn the difference in being Ranger qualifed and BEING a Ranger. Also, for you it won't be RIP, it will be ROP and again, learn the difference b/c to someone like me your post comes across a certain way that may not be pleasant if I wasn't in a good mood right now.
