Promotion for Ryan
Just wanted to let you know, that right after Ryan returned from Iraq, he was promoted to a Specialist. Now he is helping train new recruits at Drum. He likes what he is doing now, but is fed up with one of his guys, I guess he came out of basics thinking he knows it all and is being well, lets just say difficult. So he has his work cut out for him!!

Tell Ryan I said he needs to take him out back and put the little fuck through the Scunion 500. He'll either shape up, quit, or go AWOL. In my opinion I'd rather have him go it doesn't matter which, if he goes AWOL that's the green light to chapter his punk ass out if he shapes up even better. If he quits, it shows his intestinal fortitude and you cna get him out on failure to adapt.

Congratulations to Ryan for picking up the rank of Specialist. As for dealing with shitbirds, my advice is to deal with them how they need to be dealt with, period. We're at war, and I personally choose to deal with people on that level. If I take heat for it, so be it.
