I don't know specifics, but I saw all kinds of pogues with them in Airborne coming out of their AIT. So unless I'm dead wrong you'll have em before you graduate.

For the Crewmwbers Badge no flight time is needed you just have to be in an Aviation MOS that is awarded the wear of the wings. (I do not agree with this personally but hey who am I)
