Re: New "Proposed" Army Uniform.
I never said I would confirm or deny answers. Lots of Oliver Hazard Perry Frigates named after people. My only point was that rust picking, squid eating swabbies are AOK in my book. Besides, you note they take babes with them to sea nowdays? Ever see a hard bodies ass in a military uniform?

I'm partial to girls period. Something extremely sexy about a girl in BDU's holding a CAR-15. Don't you agree?

Re: New "Proposed" Army Uniform.
The new uniform was designed for the comfort of the soldier(for a change). Anyone that has had to wear IBA for long periods of time will agree that the buttons HURT (along with anything in your pockets). By moving some pockets, changing to softer fasteners, and giving a "gasket" to our necks the new uniform is a lot more user friendly.

Re: New "Proposed" Army Uniform.
Well I'm All For The New Acu , But The Only Gripe I Have Is With The Velcro, Not That Its Not A Good Thing , But The Patches That Are Put On With It Tend To Start To Curl Up At The Edges So After There Put On , And What About Snags Or Some Prank Pulling Goof Ball , Who Wants To Flip Your Patches ?
But All In All Its A Good Thing , Right? |

Re: New "Proposed" Army Uniform.
When it comes to patches, what's keeping a guy from sowing them on anyways? Unless my chain of command has something against it that's what I'm planning on doing. Atleast for while I'm stateside. Being a mechanic I dont forsee me needing a sterile uniform anytime soon, but if I did need to steralize thread isnt that hard to remove and then with the velcro still there the option of sticking them back on for use again is still there.
