Navy offers again Loyola student's ROTC scholarship, teen declines (KWQC-TV 6 Davenpo
CHICAGO (AP) - A Loyola University freshman says she doesn't want the Navy's second offer for a full scholarship to enlist in its ROTC program. The Navy offered 18-year-old Danielle Littrell the scholarship last fall.
