Coast Guard starts efforts to remove sunken barge from Ohio (WKYC Cleveland)
MASON, WV -- The U.S. Coast Guard expects a sunken coal barge that had limited traffic on a three-mile stretch of the Ohio River near southeast Ohio to be removed soon.
