HOw hard does you drill teams work.

The drill team that I am in has practice 3 times a week and we work for almost 1 hour and 1/2. Then we work sometimes in the mornings. We work hard but then we are rewarded by being good in competitions and during parades. So how hard do you all work

My Drill Team practices about 2 hours a week, an hour on Tuesday and an hour on Thursday. We don't spend as much time as other MCJROTC units on our drill, but when we're out there, we get the job done. Guess that's why we took first place out of all the MCJROTC schools at state last year, first in our last competition, andsecond in the one before that (rifle sling came loose).

Navy Honor Guard out of boot camp... While in boot camp, I was a member of the Honor Company - rifles. Yes - we spun with bayonets and yes, we got to leave the confines! We were a Hall of Fame Company = no dings... All the flags!

In boot camp (Navy) we were in the drill hall 5 hours a day spinning rifles. I reccomend it highly - you are a sure pick for Honor Guard out of boot and that leads to advancement...

We have a competition in a month and so we are working hard for it. Like I said before we practice three times a week Tuesday, Wensday, and Thursday from 14:45- 16:15
