Hey does anyone know where I can pick up a good memoir of somebody in the Marine Forced Recon. I already read quite a few about guys in Veitnam, but I was wondering if anyone knew of anything recent? My friend starts his forced recon training and I think that might be something I want to do. So if you know any good reading material or have some first hand experience, just let me know.

I seriously doubt that you'll find anything remotly recent as a memoir from a Force Recon Marine.

The nature of the calling pretty much nixes the idea of public disclosure.

Yeah, I guess that the sites were correct in the fact that forced recon acts without much publicity.
