All they gotta do is put up some "dont feed the critters" signs. That should fix it.

They have signs next to our barracks that say, "Do not feed the alligators." But every weekend when everyone is drunk you find them throwing food at into the lake waiting for that alligator to come out hahahahaha. I've seen its head pop out a few times but I've been told that they got it to come out a few times.
